The UNC meta site has been refreshed to reflect the broader project shape.

The project is no longer just a file-sharing experiment. It now includes:

• Reticulum-native file search and fetch
• catalog hubs
• hub federation research
• room-based chat
• private-room key handling
• local admin tooling
• room-native agent experiments
• public-facing documentation

The goal remains the same: small tools for strange networks.

The file-sharing loop is the most mature part. Chat and agent tooling are still prototypes, but they show the larger direction: Reticulum-native collaboration and operations tools that can function across intermittent or degraded links.
